These terms govern access to Nairobi's website and private MVP services. By using Nairobi, you agree to these terms.
Service description
Nairobi provides an AI workspace for insurance teams. Features, availability, and performance may change during the MVP period.
Accounts and access
Access may be invitation-only during early releases. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Nairobi lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You retain responsibility for decisions made using AI-assisted outputs in your business.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Nairobi platform. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the license needed for us to operate the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” during the MVP phase without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. See our AI disclaimer for information about AI-generated outputs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nairobi's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
